Fostering New Futures —
Launching This Spring

Our youth mentorship partnership with Lehigh University is coming to life. Impact Fellows will be on the ground in May, working alongside artist Ken McGhee to pilot the program with Transition Age Youth. This marks the beginning of something we've been building with care — and we're ready to bring it into practice.

National Association of Community and
Restorative Justice (NACRJ) — July 2026

This summer TTP Global will present at the 10th National Conference on Community and Restorative Justice in New Orleans. Three sessions accepted:
Circles of Allyship: Protecting BIPOC Communities Through Restorative Dialogue in Polarized Times
From Training to Transformation: Sustaining Restorative Practice Through Distributed Leadership
He Aho Tapu (The Sacred Thread): Weaving Maori Culture, Language, and Leadership into Restorative Practice

Selected for CBSD Leadership Training

TTP Global was selected to participate in a competitive two-day Community Based System Dynamics workshop at the Kapor Center in Oakland — exploring how systems thinking and AI can strengthen community-based organizations. April 16–17, 2026.

A New Chapter — TTP Global Goes International

Our founder is relocating to Vietnam this year as TTP Global expands its international presence. Our work with schools, partners, and organizations in California continues without interruption. This transition reflects a deepening of the work — extending relationships, learning across contexts, and staying connected to a global restorative justice movement.

Organizational Partnerships

The same patterns we see in schools show up in workplaces.
Misalignment. Unresolved conflict. Leadership tension. Teams that have stopped trusting each other — and don't know how to find their way back.
These are not failures of character. They are failures of conditions.
When the conditions for honest communication, shared accountability, and real connection are not in place, breakdown is inevitable.
TTP Global works with nonprofits, community-based organizations, mission-driven companies, and leadership teams to build those conditions intentionally — using the Restorative Ecological Model (REM)™ that guides all of our work.

When Something Is Off, Everyone Feels It

You don't always have a name for it. But you see it in meetings that go nowhere. In the colleague no one knows how to address. In the leader who means well but keeps getting it wrong. In the team that stopped speaking honestly — and started managing around each other instead.
It shows up in burnout. In turnover. In the way conflict gets avoided until it can't be anymore. Organizations carry breakdown the same way people do — in the body, in the culture, and in the patterns that repeat.
Most approaches to conflict focus on what happened — and who is at fault.

The Restorative Ecological Model (REM) in Organizations

REM is not a training curriculum. It is a way of understanding
what a system needs in order to function well — and what gets in the way.

Attunement — Regulation & Capacity

Before a team can address conflict, people need to feel safe enough to be honest. Attunement work helps organizations understand how stress, trauma, and burnout shape communication — and creates the conditions for people to show up with more presence and capacity.

Balance — Power & Accountability

Every organization has hierarchies, histories, and dynamics that shape who gets heard and who doesn't. Balance work makes those dynamics visible — so that power is exercised with greater awareness, decisions are made more equitably, and accountability becomes relational rather than punitive.

Regeneration — Restorative Practices (Communication & Repair)

When the conditions are right, real communication becomes possible. Regeneration work uses restorative practices to support both daily communication and repair when breakdown occurs.

What We Do Together

We don't offer a menu of services to choose from. We begin by listening — to what's present,
what's been avoided, and what the organization is actually ready for.

Leadership Coaching

One-on-one and small group support for leaders navigating conflict, transition, or the complexity of leading through challenge.

Restorative Conflict Mediation

Structured, facilitated processes for addressing harm, rupture, or breakdown between individuals or teams. This work is paced carefully — moving toward repair only when the conditions can support it.

Team Facilitation

Facilitated sessions using circle practice and restorative dialogue to strengthen communication, surface tension, and rebuild trust within teams or departments.

Culture Building

Longer-term partnerships that integrate restorative communication and practices into how an organization operates — how decisions are made, how accountability is held, and how people relate to one another over time.

Workshops & Training

Introductory and deepening sessions for staff, leadership teams, or full organizations — adapted to your sector, your people, and your current stage of development.

Ways to work with us

We partner with organizations in different ways, depending on your needs,
capacity, and readiness.

Introductory Engagements

Workshops, facilitated sessions, and short-term consulting designed to build shared understanding and introduce restorative communication and circle practice.

Ongoing Partnerships

Multi-session engagements that support implementation over time — through coaching, facilitation, and the integration of restorative practices into daily operations.

Deep Collaboration

Longer-term partnerships focused on embedding restorative practices into the culture and structure of an organization — shaping how communication, decision-making, and accountability are held.

Public Training Holding

Three public training registration pages are on pause. They must remain live — do not delete — but display a holding message. WooCommerce functionality underneath stays intact for Version 2.0 relaunch.
  • Tier 1: Building Restorative Relationships & Communities
  • Tier 2: Harm Repair & Restorative Behavioral Interventions
  • Racial Literacy & Restorative Practices

Our public workshops are taking an intentional pause while we grow into our next chapter.

We are reimagining how we offer this work — with more depth, more access, and a global reach. New trainings will be announced soon.

Fostering New Futures

Lehigh University is partnering with The Town Project to launch a Restorative Arts and Creative Enterprise Program to empower Transition Age Youth (TAY) aging out of the foster care system.
In the United States, over 23,000 youth exit the foster care system annually, facing challenges like housing instability, limited access to education, and barriers to employment. By age 24, only about 50% of these young people secure stable employment, and fewer than 3% earn a college degree. These statistics underscore the urgent need for targeted support as TAY navigate the transition to adulthood.
In this partnership, The Town Project holds the lead in designing and facilitating the youth experience, ensuring that all direct work with participants is grounded in restorative practice and community accountability. Lehigh graduate students, serving as Impact Fellows, support the program behind the scenes — contributing to planning, coordination, and documentation that helps strengthen the overall structure of the cohort. Rather than leading the work, they are learning alongside the process, gaining exposure to restorative approaches while helping build systems that can sustain future cohorts. This layered model allows youth participants to be guided by experienced practitioners and artists, while also benefiting from additional support that keeps the program organized, responsive, and well-held.
